An experiment in ventilation, the 2003 Atom Jacket's design pivots around it unique shoulder vents and elbow articulation designs that added to the signature styling of a generation obsessed with progression of style. With the reissue, we kept the Atom's large oversized fit true to 2003, while we chose modern fabrics & materials that meet today's performance and sustainability standards as well as upgraded the entire lining package. The Atom is perfect for the riders out there looking to unearth the feeling of floating a simple backside rodeo or looking to provide extra room and style during high spin rotations. Due to its unique oversized fit, our team rides the Atom one size smaller than their typical jackets.

Every inch of infiDRY® fabric meets strict 686 specifications and endures countless hours of team testing to ensure the utmost waterproofing, breathability and durability. All infiDRY® fabric can sustain multiple washings with a specially formulated outerwear detergent like Nikwax Tech Wash.

The seams where pieces of fabric are brought together are the most likely spot for moisture to intrude into a garment. The seam taping process prevents this by making the seams as waterproof as their surrounding fabric. Seams in 686 garments can be fully taped throughout the garment or taped only at critical areas to further ensure quality workmanship and guarantee waterproofing.

Recycled Poly
Recycled Poly fabric, at its core, is a recycled polyester fabric. Each yard of fabric is generated from 7 plastic bottles. It just so happens to excel where movement or comfort are concerned. It’s a moisture wicking fabric that dries fast, keeps water and stains at bay with a DWR finish, and holds off the suns attack with a UPF of 40+. Our Recycled Poly fabric is comfort.

PFAS Free DWR
C0 PFAS Free DWR (Durable Water Repellency) coating is the outermost finish applied to exclusive 686 fabrics increasing their contact angle and thus repelling water while maintaining high breathability. DWR also helps repel stains and oils that can damage your garment's surface.
